An item I downloaded is asking for a license activation code or to Upgrade to Premium. What to do?
Ignore it. Developers include these so that the plugin or theme can update automatically or so that you can register for support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box. We would recommend updating your theme/plugins manually when updates become available on our site.

Can I copy your website text and pictures for my re-selling business?

You are welcome to copy the Cloud IT Sales product pictures and product descriptions, for use re-selling these products.

Can I get a refund for digital store items?

No. Sorry we’re going to have to be a little hard on this one. The nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a plugin or theme there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. So all payments at cloud IT Sales are non refundable and any request or dispute will be rejected without any communication. However, a refund is issued if the product you downloaded from the website was completely unusable. Though we can assure you of best possible 24×7 access to our website, but sometimes downtime can happen which may hamper services.

Can private individuals buy from Cloud IT Sales?

Yes, you can buy products from Cloud IT Sales, even if you are not a business / reseller.

Can these Cell Phones and other products be used in my country?

Most products will work in most countries.
For Cell Phones, TV devices, and Video Cameras, you’re advised to read the product description carefully.
Just Contact our Customer Support Team to advise you. Give them the product code and your country, and we’ll check it’s suitable for use in your country.

Custom clearance & taxes

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Cloud IT Sales will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.

– Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country – and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Please read the full small print of the Cloud IT Sales terms and conditions, which you are agreeing to at the point of placing an order.

– Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.

Do I have to open a PayPal account?

No, you don’t.
PayPal supports guest checkout. Simply enter your billing address and credit card information to complete an order. You may optionally create a PayPal password for speeding up future orders.

Do I need special knowledge for importing goods through customs?

No, in most countries importing is easy and you don’t need to do anything.
In small and medium sized orders the whole clearance process at customs is taken care of for you, by the courier or freight company. Cloud IT Sales provides the necessary shipping documents.

Do you offer drop shipping service?

Do you provide technical support?

Basically Not. But We provide basic support for installing plugins and themes. If you require technical support regarding a theme or plugin then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively you could ask us for paid help.

Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at the discounted price.

Do you provide tracking information?

After your order is sent out we will send you a tracking number so you can trace the delivery all the way to your door. But you are not the only one watching your delivery progress. Cloud IT Sales is uniquely one of a few UK and China seller`s where the staff will also track your delivery actively and act fast to deal with any problems. If there is a delay with your delivery, we’ll probably already be working on it before you’ve noticed.

Do you take care of shipping paperwork?

Small mistakes on the paperwork with international parcels can cause annoying delays or even unnecessary extra customs charges! So our Shipping Team ensure that everything is accurately filled in for smooth delivery to any destination. Does Cloud IT Sales Provide License Keys?

We can’t and won’t provide/lease/release/resell license keys. All the products offered in this website are licensed under GNU GPL License. You do not need any license keys to use them in as many of your projects you need. This plugins and themes only require license keys to get automatic updates or support from their authors.

How long does it take to deliver the goods?

Most normal sized orders are sent out within 1-2 working days.
Courier delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL) takes 2-4 days depending on your destination.

How Long

Delivery time can vary a lot per country, but typically is about 3-7 days by express shipping, 5-20 days by EMS, and 10-30 days by Airmail. For country specific shipping information please refer to courier websites

for most countries the parcel could arrive in 2-5 days. However, for some countries like Brazil, Argentina, Russian Federation it might take us around 20 days. Due to clearance issues with customs of these countries, we normally use EMS service instead of express. Some Countries we dont provide an estimate due to we don’t have enough historical data to provide you a reasonable shipping time estimate. This does NOT mean that we don’t ship to those countries!

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the quantity of goods, the shipping method, and the country. Use the website checkout to preview prices.

How to make a purchase?

To make purchases on our store or digital store, you must register on the site. After logging into your account, you will be able to order the products from the basket and pay through one of the available payment systems.

How to return a product?

1. Please contact us and our customer support will provide you a RMA number.
2. Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
3. Send us the items back to the address our customer service provided to you. Please state the RMA number on and in the package.
4. Processing time after your return arrives is approximately 10 days. Refund, should you request one, is sent corresponding to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

– If products are altered or modified, warranty and money back satisfaction become void.
– When returning, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Cloud IT Sales cannot be held responsible for items lost on the way back.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, your information is absolutely secure at Cloud IT Sales. Cloud IT Sales Servers are secured by Digicert SSL encryption.

Cloud IT Sales never stores any of your financial information like credit card numbers and security codes (CVV numbers). When you complete your order, Cloud IT Sales securely passes your billing information to the bank system. Credit Card numbers and CVV numbers are securely discarded immediately after they are sent to the bank.

You also can choose PayPal when you placing an order with us. In this way, you do not have to enter any of your billing or financial information on Cloud IT Sales’s website.

Paid VAT Tax for UK

To ensure faster and hustle-free delivery, Cloud IT Sales will collect VAT tax now, so you don’t have to pay it upon import/delivery.

From January 2021. (Post Brexit) Cloud IT Sales started the practice of collecting 20% VAT tax at the checkout, for the UK shipping addresses.

Why do we do it?
Please note that upon import, every customer (importer) is legally obligated to pay 20% VAT import tax, and this procedure delays delivery and is often perceived as additional cost. Beside that, VAT tax calculated by the local Customs might be charged higher than the real product value if Customs product value assessment is higher than real value! To avoid all this, to make Cloud IT Sales shopping experience better for you, we arranged it so that VAT tax is paid at the moment of purchasing the product.

VAT tax is collected by the logistics company and then handed over to the customs. Cloud IT Sales does not participate in other purposes.

Kindly note: If your order is shipped out and needs refund for some reason, the refund you get will not include the 20% VAT. Because VAT was handed over to the British customs by the UK.

Returns and Refunds

All our products come with a 3 month warranty. Full details are noted in our terms and conditions for returns here.

– Fewer than 1% of all Cloud IT Sales shipped products are subject to any warranty or quality issue.

– In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 3 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return. When we receive the goods back in China we will either repair the item, or offer full credit towards ordering a replacement.

– If you experience any problem with a product bought from Cloud IT Sales, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be – discussed with Cloud IT Sales Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.

– In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / credit under warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the Cloud IT Sales warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by Cloud IT Sales.

– Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software – invalidates the warranty.

What if the product does not arrive?

Why is my tracking number not working?

Cloud IT Sales provides tracking numbers as soon as orders leave the warehouse. Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan to those packages.

For Express Shipping, this delay is usually 1 business day. For airmail packages, the delay can be up to 3 working days.
